Admitted to the Bar in 1991. Member of the Rome Bar Association of Rome.
He carries out his professional activity in the field of private and administrative law, with particular specialisation in the field of public work.
He has worked as a legal consultant at a consortium which had an agreement with the Government, managing the applications for the granting of public contributions to companies damaged by the earthquake of 1980/81 (Law 219/81) and in a government concessionary company, managing contractual relations with the companies entrusted with Italy's cooperation interventions in developing Countries (Law 73/85 and L. 49/87).
He has been appointed head of the legal department of another governmental concessionary company for the implementation of the five-year program for the construction of new head offices for service and restructuring for the Arma dei Carabinieri (Law 16/85).
Since 1991 he has worked full-time in the field of public work, services and supplies.
Within his field, he has significant experience in the field of public tenders, construction and management of concessions and awarding of general contracting contracts in multiple sectors (strategic infrastructures, motorway and railway work, hydraulic work, hospital work, restructuring and restoration work), both in out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance. In particular, he deals with contracts for the awarding and execution of work and services by concessionaires and general contractors; provides consultancy and assistance in the execution phase of contracts, with regard to both contractors and sub-contractors, and co –operates in the judicial defence of public bodies and companies, both before Administrative Courts in relation to the revocation of the awarding, Civil Courts and in arbitrations in relation to the executive phase of contractual relationships.

Qualifications

Graduated magna cum laude in Law at Rome University "La Sapienza".
