Admitted to the Bar in 2015. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
From 2023 admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He deals with out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance with regard to public contracts, with particular attention to management of tender procedures for the awarding of public procurement and concession contracts as well as of the subsequent execution phase in various sectors, amongst which services and supplies in the hospital and university sector; strategic infrastructures relating to railway work, urban development work as well as works and supplies in the building sector.
He carries out his activity in favor of public and private employers and companies, drafting opinions, tender documentation and contracts, providing assistance in the operational management of tenders and meetings of tender committees and in proceedings before civil and administrative courts, as well as before ANAC (Anti-corruption Authority).
He has significant experience in the field of concessions – with specific reference to motorway concessions – and in the field of continuing training with reference to the activity of inter- professional equal funds pursuant to art. 118 of law no. 388/2000.

Graduated in Law at Rome University “Roma Tre”.
Degree of “specialisation for legal professions” at Roma Tre University.


Scientific Profile

He co-operates with administrative law and public procurement journals, for which he writes on the most relevant issues in the respective field.
He is also the author of monographs and articles in the same field within collective works.
