Experience and skills

Admitted to the Bar in 2020, Member of the Rome Bar Association. He trained at the office of the
General Public Attorney in Rome and, before, at the Italian Council Presidency, Department of
Institutional Reforms, where he explored the topic of the digitalisation of the administrative
activity.
He deals with assistance and consultancy in the field of administrative law in favour of public and
private operators, by writing notes, opinions and contractual deeds.
Furthermore, he carries out judicial activity in legal proceedings, both before administrative and
civil Courts.

Qualifications

Graduated in Law cum laude at Rome University “LUISS Guido Carli”.
He is attending a PhD course in Juridical Sciences, title “Administration, market and criminal law”,
at Pisa University.

Scientific Profile

He cooperates with important specialised legal journals in the field of administrative law, for which
he writes on the most significant issues submitted to the attention of the operators in the sector.
