Experience and skills

Admitted to the Bar in 1998.  Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other Higher Courts.
She offers consultancy services and assistance to public administrations or entities awarded with work, services and supplies, drafting invitation to tenders, tender specifications and contracts, as well as assisting tender commissions in public meetings. With reference to the execution phase of contracts, she assists the Work Supervisor and the Employer in management of the relationship with the contractor and in all issues arising during execution, in the light of the applicable national and European law and regulations. She also assists private companies participating to tenders and in all related legal issues. She deals with environmental law as well as with issues connected with public services and with European administrative law. She has developed specific skills in the litigation field and in the issues concerning public financing and mechanisms of provision thereof as well as in the problems connected to State aid, in relation with European law, financing relationship and connected procedures.
 

Qualifications

Graduated in Law at Rome University “La Sapienza”.

Scientific profile

In 2011 she published, together, with her colleague Alessandro Salvini, the manual “La tutela dei diritti fondamentali delle persone giuridiche”, Giappichelli Edition.
In 2009 she published the book “Responsabilità precontrattuale nei contratti pubblici”, by Alessio Liberati, edition Utet professional.
In 2006 she published in the review “Giurisprudenza di merito” (no. 10, page 2253) a comment to a judicial decision, title “Danno esistenziale da impossibilità di vivere insieme”.
From 2015 she is a member of the “Camera Amministrativa Romana” (CAR).

Foreign Languages

Very fluent in the German language, both spoken and written (she has a C1 diploma). Good knowledge of the English language.
