Admitted to the Bar in 1992. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice also before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
She operates in the field of business consulting with particular reference to national and international commercial and corporate law issues. She deals with the reorganisations of companies and corporate compliance; quality and international standard procedures; corporate governance; power-of-attorney and appointment system; administrative responsibility of entities; drafting of Organisation, Management and Control Models and Codes of Ethics and implementation of the relevant system, including management of relations with the Supervisory Body; codes of conduct; implementation and management of suppliers’ qualification systems; commercial and international contracts. She has managed contracts for major infrastructural projects in various countries. She holds regularly formation and information courses by companies within the field of the above activity.
Furthermore, she deals with product liability (with specific reference to medical devices) and management contracts for hospital services.
She is specialized in industrial law, with specific reference to trademarks and patent rights.

Qualification

Graduated magna cum laude in Law at, the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Scientific Profile

From 1988 to 1999 she cooperated with the Course of Civil Law at Rome La Sapienza University and, from 1999 to 2012 with the Course of Commercial Law at Brescia University, Faculty of Law.
In the academic years from 2001 to 2012 she served as contract professor for Industrial Law courses at Brescia University, Faculty of Law.
She co-operates with the School of Specialization for Legal Professions at Brescia University, Faculty of Law, for which she has held lessons in Commercial Law since 2002.
She holds regularly seminars for companies on civil and commercial law.
She is Editor of the review "Archivio Giuridico delle Opere Pubbliche"

Foreign languages

English, which she uses on a regular basis in her professional activity (in 1985 she took the Proficiency Cambridge Examination, being awarded an A-grade). Fluent in French and written Spanish.
