Admitted to the Bar in 1998. Member of the Verona Bar Association.
He carries out his activity in the field of business consultancy, with particular reference to national and international commercial and corporate law issues.
In the course of his professional activity, he provided legal opinions on commercial and corporate law issues and drafted acts of incorporations and By-laws of companies, associations and foundations as well as calling for the convening of ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings; minutes of meetings of ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meetings and Boards of Directors Meetings.
Moreover, he is specialised in public work law and has provided on site legal assistance to construction companies, consortia and Project-Financing SPVs.
He deals with administrative responsibility of entities, both as consultant and as effective member of various Supervisory Bodies.

Qualifications

Graduated in Law at Trento University.
In 1997 he attended the "International Trade Law Post-Graduate Course" at the University of European Studies in collaboration with the International Training Center of the ILO, Turin.
