Admitted to the Bar in 1997. Member of the Brescia Bar Association.
Admitted to practice also before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
She has operated in the field of business consultancy with particular reference to national and international commercial and corporate law issues.
She deals with assistance to companies; corporate compliance; mapping of corporate activities and drafting of procedures (also within Integrated Management Systems and compliance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001); drafting of power-of-attorneys, with particular reference to Law concerning health and safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008).
She has offered legal consultancy and assistance in the field of medical device compliance, with reference to both Italian and European legislation. She has a long-term experience in the field of data protection; since 1998 she has advised companies in the field of data protection and cyber security, assisting companies in identifying the different roles and levels of responsibility and in the adoption of privacy management models, organising the necessary supporting documents (amongst which appointments and information as well as the internal IT Regulation).
She is Data Protection Officer for numerous companies and public entities.
She holds courses, on a regular basis, to train officials and personnel on data protection, data breach prevention and management, privacy by design and privacy by default approach.

She has long-term significant experience in commercial contracts, including international contracts, for the benefit of Italian companies operating in foreign markets or foreign companies operating in Italy.
She assists the companies in the implementation and management of Suppliers Registers (both in Italy and abroad) and in e-procurement, drafting the relevant contractual documentation and questionnaires for the qualification in the various sectors of activity.

Graduated magna cum laude in Law at Rome University “Tor Vergata”.
LLM (Master in Law) in Corporate and Commercial Law in 1997, at Queen Mary College, University of London.
