Admitted to the Bar Exam in 1995. Member of the Rome Bar Association.
Admitted to practice also before the Corte di Cassazione (Italian Supreme Court) and other higher Courts.
He works in the field of administrative and civil law and has significant experience carrying in public contracts, providing out-of-court and judicial consultancy and assistance in favor of the leading public and private companies of the sector, both Italian and foreigner.
In favour of public and private companies he provides consultancy and assistance as well as judicial defense in civil, administrative and arbitration proceedings, with reference to the awarding, execution and management of tenders, concessions, project financing and assignments to general contractor for the implementation of relevant public programs and major infrastructural works (motorways, railway lines, underground lines, infrastructural and hospital buildings), amongst which high speed ​​railway lines, some of the most important road and motorways in Italy, underground lines; construction of some important regional infrastructures and urban solid waste management issues.
Furthermore, he has significant experience in continuing training, assisting some of the main national joint funds for the performance pf public activities entrusted to the latter as public bodies and, in particular, for the performance of public procedures.
On several occasions he has served as arbitrator and member of the commissions for the amicable settlement of claims related to public work.

Qualifications

Graduated in Law at Rome University “La Sapienza”.

Scientific Profile

He has co-operated with specialized journals in the field of public contracts. He is also the author of short monographs and collective works and a lecturer in seminars and conferences for universities, public bodies and private operators.
