Admitted to the Bar in 2016. Member of the Brescia Bar Association.
He works in the civil and commercial law fields, with specific reference to out of court and judicial consultancy in the Italian and foreign context. He has significant experience in corporate compliance, health and safety in the workplace, drafting of the relevant proxies (Italian Legislative Decree no. 821/2008) as well as data protection law, assisting companies in the risk assessment process and definition of the liability levels and drafting the relevant appointments. He holds regularly training and information courses in the fields of activity.
Furthermore, he deals with management of real-estate, preparing and managing all relevant contracts as well as product liability (with specific reference to medical devices) and management contracts for hospital services.

Graduated in Law at Brescia University.

As of 2017, he co-operates with Prof. Maurizio Onza, Associate Professor of Commercial Law - Juridical Sciences Area - at Brescia University, Faculty of Law.
